A refreshed look for a home and garden décor brand
I oversaw the redesign and launch onto a new CMS (from Shopify to Magento) for both the B2B and B2C e-commerce websites for Studio M. In addition to managing the two e-commerce sites, I designed and developed several landing pages for specific and timely marketing campaigns. All sites incorporated custom code to achieve desired functionality.
I spent three years as a web and digital designer for Studio M Home & Garden. During my time there, we redesigned and relaunched both of their B2B and B2C e-commerce sites, switching from Shopify to Magento.

Along with a fresh new look, the new site brought along some new capabilities like personalized products, and the ability to create custom landing pages for targeted marketing campaigns. The page linked below was a landing page I created to showcase new products ahead of the Spring/Summer Market in Atlanta.

A lot of A/B testing and conversion optimization was completed during my time at Studio M. These were mostly aimed at optimizing conversion rates and led to several improvements over the site's lifetime—including the new flyout desktop menu which got users to our best-sellers faster, and the easy toggle filter menu added to the top of product category pages, both pictured above.

However, its website and marketing efforts failed to tell that story. The company's website was outdated, its messaging was inconsistent, and they felt they were losing out—both on bids for new projects and trying to recruit new talent to the team.
